If you can't trust anyone regarding the stockmarket then go and put your trust in real estate agents, they'll help you out and find you a bargain.
In the furture the mums and dads will be crying foul over their property investments and say that the real estate agents lied to them......surely not, they never lie.
Why anyone would listen to others is beyond me.
We must educate ourselves better.
