Are we really arguing about whether unemployment in an area would decrease demand in an area? I'm not going to argue year 11 economics with you.
My actual point that would have been understood by all that follow the property forum for more than 5 seconds, was that the desperado's wishing for the collapse of property in Australia that tirelessly post crap here trying to justify there wishing and hoping are only going to spread demand elsewhere if it is to be that unemployment in WA is on the rise. That's it.
And to say the topic hadn't moved on shows me what I'm dealing with here. Interest rates, the AUD the US economy, QE2, info from the ABS on Australian unemployment, RBA outlooks etc etc etc. IN THIS THREAD only have an effect on WA do they? Babies.
