can you read the last substantial shareholder notice as it refer to the 2,170,776 as transferred after market tonight

operating trust holds a long position in cash settled equity derivatives ( contracts for difference) equivalent to 2,170,776 shares.

I dont know what this means , does it mean they add the option on a further 2,170,776 shares and they have now exercised the option?

does anyone know ?
