Yep paying a magistrate an extra $100k per ear for working night shift sure will fix the issue...not.
Zero, I too am speechless as to how it was allowed to continue, I can only think that coppers now will only draw their weapon if they are at an imminent/immediate personal risk themselves, rather than going through being stood down pending 2000 investigations to determine why he/she felt it necessary to un-holster and discharge their weapon to prevent loss of life.
This 'nanny state' mentality needs to be addressed post haste
