Who is paying John Dalton? Dorothy Pratt? The labor party? This is becoming a political witch hunt.
John Dalton needs to seriously pull his head in.
With statements like:

What would Dalton know about the technical competence of UCG and Cougars implementation of Ergo's technology?
What a stupid thing to say. The ISP are not experts in UCG. That is why the govt selected these members. They could have selected engineers, scientists and professors that know about the technology. The ISP report was not meant to be favorable report for CXY.
And this one:
"KCCG believes that Cougar Energy will soon have to accept the referee?s decision that they are out of step with Queensland and Kingaroy expectations, and cease wasting shareholder and tax payer money on the defence of a seriously flawed venture," said Mr Dalton.
Dalton, sure speak for a few Kingaroy locals, but you cannot speak for QLD pal. It was not a "flawed venture". You don't understand the technology. You simply believe the biased report from a bunch of university lecturer prostitutes that will write anything for money. In fact the trial burn was a very sophisticated, clever & potentially lucrative venture, that has been a victim of politics between The independent Dorothy Pratt and her the labour party preferances, and others i won't mention here.
The trial by media and the media's total bias against CXY is disheartening. When is CXY going to fight back. We know Len and team have not had a great understanding of Marketing like other UCG companies such as LNC. CXY needs assistance in this area. C'mon shareholders let's get together and do something to assist Len and this incredible technology. The truth about cxy needs to be told. The shareholders are not getting the suppport they need and the board is not getting the support they need. We need to work together. CXY are so more advanced than any other UCG co in Australia, yet you would think LNC are forerunners. This perception needs to be changed. I guarantee most shareholders would think that LNC are the leaders in the field. As Poyndexter continuously points out CXY are the most advanced UCG companies in Aust today.
