Selling Rural business now is like selling mining asset before the boom. Everyone know food prices over longer term will rise that why major food produces are buying Austrailan food assets. Even if ELD get good price what will be left??? Just pay out stakeholders. Management has just lost faith with it shareholder as it was only week ago that they assured as ELD will be pure rural company. Now if it is all sold what going to happen.
Only option here is to merge with Rural co atleast we can benifit from future boom.
