I agree, it has been a tough year for QFX. The trend data has been flat and falling all year, consistently matched by flat and falling customer numbers. That is what gives me confidence that the December spikes are a good indication the December quarter customer numbers will be at least reasonable- maybe excellent.
Fair enough though. I would like to see 3 straight quarters of solid customer growth before calling the turn around. It's a tough business.
