volume has been building quite substantial lately without going up that much. I wonder who the buyers and the sellers are. On the other hand, technical indicators indicate that GJT is still oversold. I among the ones who are buying lately. IMHO, the property market in Japan will be among the first that will recover and considering that the occupancy rate of GJT properties are almost 97% filled as per their disclosure through the asx.
