    There seems to more buying interest in CTP.Perhaps the underwriters are supporting them to encourage more holders
    to take up their entitlements.On the other hand perhaps the issue is going better than expected and buyers are lining up
    now rather than later.It will be interesting to see what CTP closes at on the closing date of the issue,August 31.
