    The Directors are underwriting the new issue and will loan the company up to $5 mil each. As I understand it these loan moneys are to be repaid from cash recieved from the new issue so it is in their interests to obtain the maximium No taken up.
    As an aside I read recently that they are worth about $250 mil each to can afford this little $5 mil !!
