Interesting is it not? The directors are the major shareholders. In Dec. 2000 they sold a slice of their company to the public for 50c. Just over two years later as underwriters - assuming most shareholders do not take up their entitlement - they get to buy a big chunk of that equity back at 11c.
Sell for 50 and buyback for 11 - sounds good to me.
