    Anyone buying today would NOT be eligible for the entitlment.

    So with some bites today at .6 we are almost back up to pre-entitlement highs.

    Whoever is buying today must have some other motivation... and we haven't seen any juicy announcements yet.

    Someone is anticipating some money could be made here soon.
