    Interesting idea. I assume all PPX holders and PXUPA holders who take up the swap would get the options. If as you suggest it would entice a significant % of PXUPAs to swap then it is a good idea.

    However would the issue of the options require the agreement of PXUPA holders as it is effectively a deferred capital raising and if so do you thing that would be forthcoming?

    Also are you suggesting the options should be tradeable?
