In my opinion any valuation which is not based around a PFS or DFS level study is not in any way reliable. As the valuation has not been announced to the ASX other that as a comment in the annual report there is no indication how it was derived and what assumptions were made. I could get a valuation on my collection of seagull feathers but does not mean its realistic
