    BQT have been in that building for months.

    Yes it is in the Phillips building and it is near another major partner as well........who BQT have developed something (worlds first) with as well.


    Sure the time issue is a little perplexing.......but from what i am to understand its not in BQT's hands.

    BQT are set to go.......so is Genner by the way.
