The odd hiring would really worry me. But it looks like wholesale reorganisation along the neurohormonal axis. It certainly doesn't look like cost cutting which is odd for a company supposedly under a financial cloud. New CEO's get to make wholesale changes in personnel, so it looks to me like the new CEO has been at least defacto employed. You wouldn't do all these changes to redo them in a month or saddle a new CEO with a team he did not want.
Looks very bright to me.
