Ahh...that's interesting. The share price started to spike prior the announcement......someone new somehting...and with the liquidity issues it really spiked. Once the announcement come out it dropped back. They reckon $10M profit in the deal so thats .014 cents a share with 700 mill shares on issue
and share seems to have settled at 4 cents. I still curious about ICP but some issues.

1. Management spread thin trying to operate business units in three country's
2. ATM manufacture domestic & international market is high competitive
3. Funding growth is an issue i.e. appears no bank funding
in place thus expect more discounted rights issues
4. Liquidity issues with the share....the spikey syndrome
5. Directors between them own 2,220,000 shares = $88,000
and 10.5 mill options. If they don't want to back the
company why would we ?
