I think you are correct re the Blues Brothers. All the uranium juniors are going to move up sharply and I suspect the BB's have overplayed their hand in trying to get control of AGS. It is in the interests of AGS to drag this business out as long as possible because AGS now has the whip hand and the asset is appreciating rapidly.

I guess the BB's would like to sort this business ASAP as it will hurt their pockets more and more as time slips by. Also the legal bias. I know the Aussie justice system is above board but when it comes to matters of interpretation, the Aussie court is going to favour a straight-up-and-down Aussie battler David over the American goliath (with a shyster reputation).

Time will tell.
