    headbanger, re the legal issues now going on between AGS and Heathgate.

    What I like is that at worst for AGS they retain 25% and pay court costs but at least AGS have put on notice that they won't take crap.

    At worst for Heathgate is that they will lose 75% and/or be liable for damages; this must weigh heavily on the BBs.
