    My feeling is that Russia does not want to be seen as an easy target for dumping generic drugs, so the health authorities will probably ask for a full "Phase III"-like clinical trial to allay fears of side-effects.

    I would get in now, and you may get some shares at a nice discount when the capital raising is announced.
