    There were about 5 seed investors that have sold out of SBB. None of these investors are on SBB's management team. The only substantial holder (Grace Trend Management) who can sell right now - because their shares are no longer escrowed, has not sold a single share.

    If the company was in dire straits, wouldn't Grace Trend Management be selling too???
