    The ARC impediment - an orchestrated play to muddy the waters?

    Uncertainty as to whether the co will continue as a going concern? Surely they cant be serious.

    No 3rd party proposals.

    It sounds like they may want MGX to withdraw their offer (or allow it to be defeated).
