    Hi Steele, thanks for the extra info, I was aware of the plans they have on the drawing board and should have outlined these in my previous post.

    My problem with CMQ is two fold (alsmost three) -

    First - the production ramp up is fine but still remains a "plan" - at best the next stage and any meaningful increase is a year away, and this assumes their existing plant works without a problem, sadly they have had some major problems with it, this in itself provides some major risk as has been evidenced with the Sourth African sale and subsequent volitility in the SP!!

    Secondly - the ASIC allegations, these are serious in the extreme and a significant and expensive distraction that is likely to continue for 12 - 18 months at least!

    Two and a half - management turnover, this must be one of the toughest corporate challenges, next to the privatisation of Telstra, facing and Australian company this year - so many areas that can implode, so many things that are not directly in their control so they are embarking on reactive management rather than proactive, this also provides an element of risk!!

    As I said previously, there is money to be made in trading CMQ, IMO it is hard to justify investing in them!!
