The Unconditional Licence approval I had assumed you were giving them before the end of May, hence the confidence in having some bucks to pay up ion all the new producation capabilities? Naturally if you throw the potential for non compliance (which I feel is unlikely) then SH value gets pounded again!?

Lots of potential for jubbly SP mate, wise traders will make money on CMQ no matter what - however my reservations on the $2 remain, (is possible in short term I grant but not sustainable IMO) $3 or $4 SP within 12 months is a pipe dream, again IMO.
