This continues its phenomenal run of beating all comers in virtually every contract it has bid on in the last 12 months.

And in breaking news, Houston city council yesterday voted to adopt red light camera enforcement in that city. 50 intersections have been flagged as warranting red light camera enforcement. While RDF still has to compete for this contract, if they decide to do so they would surely be front runners to get it.
