Yea... I haven't seen the 'government recruitment' sector contracts make profit for any company chasing them lately... only a negative earnings on the balance sheet.... I'll refrain from naming and shaming those companies. Rather in this case- the contracts are some sort of a merrit badge to the ad1... who has taken on the saas platform work to generate greater and real profit. If the two can combine to form a profitable company with 'street cred' from the government contracts.. then great... I dont mind the 'loss leader' approach.
