Seems to me with all the recent corporate action (large share transactions )with associated parties of EXT (Kalahari,Polo,Regent,Emerging Metals,Coronet) that the jockeying for position and control of EXT is intensifying.
Perhaps it's all coincidental and has nothing to do with EXT,but I'd be surprised if that was the case.
Nothing like a little speculating while waiting for it all to play out!
I know it's holiday season,but the EXT vol has been extemely low the past couple of weeks.
Not many shares given up by holders. No more crossed trades going through after hours.
The calm before the storm perhaps?
My only concern is that us retail shareholders get somehow screwed by any high powered corporate dealing! I don't trust Dattels and his fingers in many pies!
As an example,Dattels is a beneficial part owner of "Chiropo Company SA" which owns 4.29% of Polo's shares.
"Kalahari has entered into an advisory services agreement with Chiropo whereby a success fee is payable in the event of a successful sale of Kalahari or it's stake in Extract"
(I don't have the link for the above statement. As I recall it was posted a couple of months ago by Skipperx or gizmo5000 from the prospectus lodged in Canada)
While I don't trust Dattels,I do trust EXT's resource and am expecting management to extract the highest value possible for all shareholders!
