Century should not close, but maybe a change in shift patterns to reduce weekend and Public Holiday costs could be of benefit.
This decision would be dependent on what costs were fixed and what were variable; but if it could be done and there was minimial impact on cost per pound to extract zinc, then it would benefit shareholders as the zinc price would rise on the LME, which may mean that there would be minimal impact on profitability for OZL.
