Both "The Age" and "The Australian" over the weekend published reports on Lynas. In typical negative fashion they highlighted how the protesters are still active but the worrying comment in The Australian was that another appeal "to a higher court" is scheduled to be heard on 5th February.
Is anyone aware whether this is true and if so what's is about this time.
I reckon this is part of the reason for the weakness along with Index Funds selling because of LYC coming out of MSCI.
Forget about fiddling the price lower for a cheap entry by retail investors - although I'll take my $15k and if it's a 60c entry price that's fine.
