It might be the SMSL appeal to appeal court after the Kuantan court rejected their appeal to continue the stay they had on Lynas operations. Judge Yahyia rejected their appeal and said it should be considered only within the confines of the JR. The JR did not start yet and I think that it will not even get leave to start.
SMSL appeal on the appeal is ridiculous and does not have any grounds or chance. But they try anyway.
