Oh yeah there will always be another appeal, that is their right however the judge did sort of say it was stupid to appeal due to the fact the case was being heard so how can they appeal an outcome they don't have..

I think she called it spurious or vexatious court cases or something like that.

There is no way in hell a judge is gonna walk in now and tell Lynas to stop, they are feeding ore and are operational so it does not matter one little bit what SMSL want to appeal.
