This is a tactic I've seen before to be honest. Get the big boys involved, then drum up support among mum and dad investors before makinga big announcement. Its a good tactic as people will experience immediate profits and will be more likely to tell friends and family about the company.
Something must be in the wings with all the media talk, surely.
