    However for some who brought a truck load at 35c $1.40 would be a good offer, but for many long termers a kick in the teeth and IMO not in the berst interest of all shareholders, perhaps 50% is a premuim, but can it be argued that UMCs SP was held back by someone else having plans to take them out, eg FMG. or was it just poor management with getting the right major investors on board, the deal with CRM corrected this but perhaps now too late :(

    Yep, BRM +$4.00 and UMC would have been a distant memory and the Railway deposit forgotten.
