    IMO any CR prior to IPO would definitely be a CR done using insto`s. It is quick and easy for the company and also favours the big end of town (mates of mates etc....), compared to a CR that gives us investor/shareholder mugs a look in. I might be wrong but that is my strong belief. Just the sarcastic side of me coming through perhaps?
