I've seen all those cut n pastes before but you didn't explain the huge spike in April 2021 when ivermectin was a large scale roll out in August 2020 :

The state Health Department introduced Ivermectin as prophylaxis for close contacts of Covid patients, health workers as well as for the treatment of the patients themselves through a government order on August 6, 2020, after a committee headed by the Director General, Medical and Health Services, gave it the go ahead.

“Uttar Pradesh was the first state in the country to introduce large-scale prophylactic and therapeutic use of Ivermectin. In May-June 2020, a team at Agra, led by Dr Anshul Pareek, administered Ivermectin to all RRT team members in the district on an experimental basis. It was observed that none of them developed Covid-19 despite being in daily contact with patients who had tested positive for the virus,” Uttar Pradesh State Surveillance Officer Vikssendu Agrawal said.

And what have you to say abput the under reporting of deaths in Uttar Pradesh?

The Uttar Pradesh government said on Tuesday that only three government teachers succumbed to Covid-19 during the recently held panchayat polls, dismissing claims by prominent teachers’ bodies that at least 1,600 staff died after contracting the infection.

Uttar Pradesh: Rains Expose Mass Shallow Graves Along the Ganga as COVID-19 Rages

More than 900 dead bodies have reportedly been buried along the river in Unnao alone last week.

New Delhi: The devastating second wave of the coronavirus pandemic is slowly turning into a horror story in India’s most populous state, Uttar Pradesh.

Days after Bihar’s Buxar district authorities said that at least 71 bodies of suspected COVID-19 victims from the neighbouring eastern UP were washed ashore at the banks of the river Ganga in the downstream Chausa village, several English and Hindi dailies reported that over 2,000 dead bodies in various UP districts were found to be hastily buried or abandoned along the banks of Ganga.

Similar ghastly sights were recorded in Ghaziabad, Kanpur, Unnao, Ghazipur, Kannauj and Ballia regions – reported to be worst-affected by the pandemic. According to one report by the Hindi daily Dainik Bhaskar, more than 900 dead bodies had been buried along the river in Unnao alone last week. It pegged the numbers to be 350 in Kannauj, 400 in Kanpur, and 280 in Ghazipur, even as it reported that such deaths have been shooting up in different districts of central and eastern UP.

When the Indian Express interviewed family members of some of the victims, they revealed that they either didn’t have enough financial resources or felt stigmatised to offer respectful cremations to the dead.

    Lucknow:

Disquieting scenes from the Lucknow crematorium of endless funeral fires and reports of irregularities in the number of deaths have sparked a response from authorities in the Uttar Pradesh capital: Block the view with blue metal sheets.

Workers were seen tying up the metal sheets, often found at construction sites, a day after reports questioned a mismatch in between the official figure of deaths because of COVID-19 and the data from the crematoriums.

The move also comes a day after a video of the crematorium with a large number of burning pyres was widely shared on social media, triggering concern.
