    In the 13/11/12 letter from CPS Securities re MFR's acquition of Kumai Energy I note that they claim "STRONG shareholder approval was obtained to proceed " but when I look at the voting results they actually receive 16% approval hardly "strong approval ".
    I note that according to the Terms Sheet Kumai only ownes 70% of the licence and my question is who ownes the other 30% acquire?
