Is that information substantiated, or is that just your guess?
If it IS substantiated, what's your source, and why isn't that information publically available as it would most definitely be market-sensitive?
And when you say the AELB have "passed on the green light" to the PM - don't you mean the Cabinet? Weren't they the ones discussing the POL yesterday?
I'd be very interested to know how you come by this information, and if it is indeed fair dinkum....
