There really is no political problem here. This is all theater. The ruling government is responding to criticisms to blunt them and also drawing out the opponent. Let them make multiple accusations, file injuctions to be thrown out, and such. It all becomes good political fodder when the LAMP successfully ushers in a new era of jobs in the new green technology areas.
If there was any momentum at all behind this opposition it would have shown up at the time for filing commentary. At best that was tepid. I actually like those guys after reading they are convinced they care more than anyone else. They aren't bad folk, just misguided and interfering with our money!
