All three is my guess. They probably got around in a huddle and laughed about how they could waste a bucket of money then have it re-imbursed with a margin on top. DCG management won't act, they're all too young now. The Board needs to step up, act for more than one shareholder and make some meaningful change at the executive level. DCG is already in the category of businesses that did little more than ride the boom. Its share price is back at 2009 levels. If they don't act nowwho knows where the bottom will be. Stay away from this stock.
