If the chinese and M&G own about 47% then other instos have at least 23%.
Its no good saying they are not interested because they already are.
Thats why it has been pushed down to here so they can get their hands on the individual shareholders shares.
Wouldnt be supprised if M&G shares are being moved over to these funds for safe keeping while it looks like they are selling out.
They can do anything they want but with no chinese or others that understand CDU selling they can shuffle around all they want.
