Gaps i like your argument for ABU other than this comparison with house prices. house prices have gone up for various reasons, including population growth and the idea in OZ that you should try to own a house (not so much in europe)...yes agree buying a house has been perhaps a better investment over the last decade in OZ than gold, but there are different reasons for either to rise in value. anyway however you perceive it I agree gold is still undervalued
