Try this
Ask him how much zircon was shiped last week and he will say so many containers.
Then ask him how many tons are in a container, and see what answer you get.
I bet he doesnt know.
THen ask him what the monthly operating costs are for the operation at a steady state 550 ton per hour 80% availability
I bet he doesnt know.

Then ask him when the plant is cash flow positive, and he will say it is now.
Then ask him how he knows its cash flow positive if from your previous qeustions he doenst nknow tonnage produced or OPEX.
