Can somebody please explain what this buying from Solamind is about.

The average price of the shares they bought at the last announcement was $1.2035, and was supposed to be on the 19th to 25th September, a total of 153060 shares.

However only on the 19th did the SP at any time of the day equal or exceed that amount, and on the 19th the total turnover was only 145,100 shares (open 1.18, high 1.21, low 1.05, close 1.165).

So if they were purchased in that timeframe, most, if not all, were purchased off-market.

So were they just shuffling shares, or exercising options out of escrow, or what?
