the 2nd announcement just said that bangs forecast they will have their product for sale in 3 weeks. No real need for it.More appropiate to release it when they actually do have it for sale. Bangs hadn't even published it on the website, so no big deal for them. The revenue from Bangs wouldnot be more than a very low 6 figure sum if that. That a director would sell on the spike after the news is inappropiate. That they also delayed announcing the director buying is also inappropriate. The director should also explain the reason to fellow shareholders their reason for selling at such a time when the company is guns ablazing on what a great time it is for ADO and how big things are imminent.
