Your post is all assumptions, IMO directors couldnt careless who holds the stock, long termers/short termers day traders.
It appears the only time they care about the sp is when they want to raise money or sell their stock. (Yes my assumption)
So ppl need to research any stock they intend to buy very careful and not take any post here and elsewhere as reasons to buy or sell.
