What I meant was that directors do (or should) care about the ongoing health of the company. This is in line with caring about the investment of long term share holders ie. the company.
What I am saying is that they dont give a hoot (or shouldnt give a hoot) about their actions causing short term fluctuations in the share price just because it screws up day traders aspirations to make a quick buck.
Now I am a short term to medium term, sometimes day trader aswell.
I dont generally like directors selling unless it coincides with an entry in to the stock but what I am saying is get over it. It happens and the effect for small sells is very temporary.
