Yeah shame about the signals it gives out when a director sells.
So then what about the signals that come out if they let their Options lapse especially in a company where projected revenues could send the SP considerably higher by the time they lapse.. What if they have no money to convert them.. What do yers do then laugh or complain??...... Oh jeeze directors let their options lapse they can't have any confidence in the company...Lets sell...Funny sad..
Double edged sword that one... Directors selling small portions of their holdings while there are retail buyers present to sustain their sell offs is not a concern IMO... Its only when punters find out about the selling that the BS sentiments start effecting the ST SP...... Directors selling is only an issue to me when their sales volumes have a direct and sever material impact on the LT SP.
Or ofcourse if they sold the equivalent number of shares as to the number of options that they are eligible for then I would have mindless profiteer concerns for the directors.
