I guess when directors keeps buying any shares below 20c, it means thats the bottom because obviously some loose holders being scared will try to keep dumping and the directors are preventing it until news of settlement which IMO is not far away. My guess is that this will continue moving horizontally until news on coal access comes in or the dumper have exhausted whichever is earlier.
