This mine has been renamed as Delta and is part of A1 Minerals Limited's Laverton region holdings. Historic production at Cork Tree Well (mined by Austwhim from 1986-88) was about 700,000 tonnes treated for a recovery of 45,900 ounces. The grade treated was about 2.3 grams per tonne, this was a virgin discovery at the time..

How much gold did Austwhim leave behind????? And why ???
Were they incompetent ?? Did the documents for the drill results go missing ???Either they got it wrong or JW and this management got it wrong.... I think this management walked through the stupid forest and got hit by every branch...thats just my opinion...
