Given the fall from nearly $5 to $1 + a very very poor acquisition + generally poor performance since IPO - I think its completely fair to disregard any statement made by ISD. To counteract the decreasing revenue this company must spend money, not cut costs. And they don't seem to be talking about spending money which is odd because they have money at the moment (hack the dividend) which can be directed to growth.
